To initiate a business energy claim, gather the following details:
Contract Information: The date you signed your energy contract, along with its start and end dates.
Estimated Annual Usage: An estimate of your annual gas or electricity consumption.
Unit Costs: The cost per kilowatt-hour (kWh) of your gas and electricity.
Distributor ID: The ID for your business electricity distributor.
Meter Profile Code or Class: The code or class associated with your electricity meter.
Energy Supplier: The name of your current business energy supplier.
Broker Information (if applicable): If you used an energy broker, include their name.
Business and Meter Details: Information on your business and the number of meters installed.
